H2m1 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to h2m1. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the h2m1 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please do not continue using our platform.

By using the h2m1 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms set out in this document. Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you:

• Completing the h2m1 account registration process;
• Making your first deposit into your h2m1 account;
• Using any game, betting, or service on the platform;
• Downloading and using the h2m1 mobile app.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between h2m1 and all its users, including registered members and visitors browsing the platform without an account.

Accepted documents include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other recognised official documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your h2m1 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. h2m1 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

H2m1 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other available local methods. All deposits are processed instantly or within no more than 30 minutes depending on the chosen method.

All transactions on h2m1 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you use a payment method in another currency, the exchange rate applied by the third-party payment provider will be used.

H2m1 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method, the amount requested, and your account verification status.

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process;
• Any rollover requirements associated with a bonus must have been met;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits must be observed.

H2m1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if additional security checks are required, fraudulent activity is suspected, or further information is requested by the compliance team. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers through multiple account registrations, colluding with other players to meet rollover requirements, or other fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited. h2m1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close any accounts involved in bonus abuse.

H2m1 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other members.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the h2m1 support team. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all rollover conditions are met and identity verification is complete.

Once an account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your transaction history, pending winnings, or any remaining credits. Please ensure you withdraw all balances before requesting account closure.

H2m1 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, third-party internet service disruptions, or user device failures.

The h2m1 platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. However, we are committed to maintaining maximum uptime and resolving any technical issues promptly.
